Hiking and Bus Tour in Newfoundland

St Johns, Newfoundland is the second oldest city in North America and was built on one of the finest natural harbors in the world. The entrance to the Narrows that leads to the harbor. Here high on Signal Hill, above this capital city of Newfoundland and Labrador is where the physicist Guegliemo Marconi received the first transatlantic wireless signal from Cornwall, England in 1901. Fishing boats in Quidi Vidi known locally as the “Gut”, a fishing community in St Johns which was a military battery during the war of 1812. A country lane on one of the Change Islands.
