Eifl Fortress
Last Thursday on the Lleyn peninsular in Wales we hiked up the Eifl to the bronze Age fortress. On the top we were greeted by some wild goats, and spectacular views of Cardigan Bay and the Irish sea when we appeared out of the low clouds and mist! Friday we rambled at along the Welsh Costal Path around Porth Dinllaen in the sunshine. Lunch was at Ty Coch Pub on the beach, the only way to get there is walking along the beach low tide! We passed through many a kissing gate daily as we made our way along the seacoast!
