The daffodils are still blooming around the nation of Wales and the wild primrose are out, a sure sign of spring. Soon to come will be the carpets of bluebells throughout the woodland floors. Next month at the world Famous Bodnant Gardens the Azaleas will be in full bloom followed by the Laburnum Arch designed by Henry Piochin in 1882. A hundred and thirty six years later the 55 meter long archway attracts bees from up to eighty miles away! Last year it bloomed on the third week of May. www.nationaltrust.org.uk/bodnant-garden
