St. John's, Newfoundland

The police had blocked off Water Street, the main street in downtown St Johns, Newfoundland last Monday night and thinking there was an accident we investigated. Over a thousand people sitting under the stars watching a movie against a wall of a downtown building!

Another tradition on the rock is cod & squid jigging! Leaving the dock at sunrise for the the cod jigging grounds, Captain Kevin White, a faumous cod jigger on the east coast of Newfoundland. Our limit for the day, and fresh fish for supper!
